No, lmao. This game is not an RPGMaker game. RPGMaker games are always 2D, while this game uses some other engine that I actually am not familiar with.

Considering the gaming ecosystem right now, yes, lmao, it is a very common engine that a lot of games use. 7 Days, The Bridge, Arma, etc. they all use Unity.

If you’re looking to make a game yourself, coll1n, I would look into using Unity as well. For beginners it’s pretty understandable. If you just want to do a story game you could always use RPG Maker VX Ace as well. 

Source could also always be thought of as something that could be used but I’m not too terribly familiar with it so don’t trust me on that. I don’t know if it’s easy.
